Reference librarians are available to help students, staff, faculty, visitors, and other patrons at the reference desk on the first floor (Room 1170.)  Telephone assistance is available at 301 860-3862 or 301 860-3870 when the reference service is busy. 

Students, staff, faculty, and other members of the Bowie State University Community must obtain a BowieCard at the Wiseman Center BowieCard office and then register it at the library circulation desk to access library resources from off-campus.  Registered library patrons can access online library resources through any internet service provider.

Students and other members of Bowie State University may get computer accounts and logon information from the Office of Information Technology (Thurgood Marshall Library Building, Office and Classroom entrance, Room 266.)
