The Office of the University Registrar is one of three units in the Department of Enrollment Management within the Division of Academic Affairs. The primary purpose of the Office of the University Registrar is to maintain accurate, confidential and secure academic records for all enrolled students, graduates and former students of the University; issue official transcripts and enrollment verifications; provide effective and efficient registration processes; prepare, publish and distribute the class and examination schedules, undergraduate catalog; monitor the academic progress of students; and certify degrees of students satisfying all requirements for graduation.
The office is located in the Henry Administration Building, Suite 1200. Business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesdays our hours are 8:30am until 7:00 pm.
If you are not currently pursuing a degree at BSU, but you are interested in taking classes and attend another institution, need professional development or personal reasons enroll as a BSU Continuing Education student.
As a continuing education student, interested in graduate classes, you must have completed a bachelor's degree; and, interested in undergraduate classes must completed a high school diploma or GED.
Continuing Education students are non-degree seeking students and credits earned may not be applicable to a degree program.
