Mission
The mission of the Student Success and Retention Center (SSRC) is to promote student success and retention by providing programs and activities that foster student academic, social, and personal development.
Goals
-
To facilitate the successful transition of freshmen into the University Community via a strong Freshman Seminar experience.

To implement and monitor a University-wide student mentoring program.

To collaborate with the School Retention Coordinators and the Student Retention Advisory Board in the articulation of retention strategies and monitoring of the academic performance of at-risk students.

To collaborate with the Coordinator of Outcomes Assessment and the PeopleSoft consultants in the monitoring of student performance data.
