Throughout the institution, multiplying paperwork is creating institutional ineffectiveness in storage space, productivity and accessibility. The first phase of implementation will include Auxiliary Services, Budget Office, Department of Public Safety, Controller’s Office, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Procurement Services, Peoplesoft, Telecommuting, Office of the President, Office of the Provost and Office of the Vice President of Administration and Finance.
