We are pleased to announce a new program for car pooling that is designed to provide economical and environmental benefits for the Bowie State University community. Participants will save money in fuel and parking rates, contribute to the improvement of local air quality, reduce traffic congestion on campus, decrease demand for parking on campus, and enjoy better commuting options.
We are stepping up efforts to promote carpooling and other alternative forms of transportation for students and employees. Finding alternative ways to get to campus is not only good for the air, it is good for you!
Carpooling is a simple way for individuals to take part in the climate change challenge and cope with limited parking space during the construction of the new Center for Business and Graduate Studies. It will also save money for all who participate. |
